Who is responsible for your data

DrakLive is a service of Servidrack Tecnologías Limitada, tax ID 76.267.872-1, registered at Avenida Nonato Coo 3325, Santiago, Chile. If you have questions about your data, write to us from the help section of the app.

What we store

• Your email address, because that is how you sign in. A password is not required.
• Your name, if you set one or if you sign in with Google.
• The videos you upload, their description and their thumbnail.
• Which videos you watched and liked, so we do not show you the same ones again and so you can see your own activity.
• Technical connection data: IP address and a browser fingerprint, used to stop bots and abuse.

What we use it for

So you can sign in, post, watch the feed and recover your account. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except where the law requires it.

Third-party services

• Google reCAPTCHA, to tell people apart from bots at sign-in.
• Sign in with Google, only if you choose that door. Google gives us your email and your name, nothing else.
• Email: sign-in codes are sent from our domain's mail server.

How long

Your account and videos stay while your account is open. Sign-in codes expire after 5 minutes. Technical logs are kept as long as needed for security.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Deleting it removes your videos. Write to us from the help section.

Children

DrakLive is not aimed at children under 13. If we find an account belonging to someone under that age, we close it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new date on this same page.
