What DrakLive is

DrakLive is a short-video platform operated by Servidrack Tecnologías Limitada. By using it you accept these terms.

Your account

You need a valid email address. You are responsible for what happens from your account. You may close it whenever you want.

What you upload stays yours

You keep all rights to your videos. By uploading them you give us permission to store them, process them technically (for example shrink them to 720p) and show them inside DrakLive. That permission ends when you delete the video or your account.

Prior review

Every video is reviewed before being published. We may reject a video that does not follow the community guidelines, which does not mean your account is deleted.

Limits

• We publish up to 2 minutes per video. If you upload a longer one, we publish the first 2 minutes.
• The file you upload may be up to 100 MB. We convert it to 720p, so it takes up less space and loads faster.
• Up to 5 videos per person per day.

Rewards

DrakLive plans to reward people whose videos get watched and liked. That programme is not in force yet and no amount is committed. When it exists, its rules will be published here before they apply.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the community guidelines, or that puts the service or other people at risk.

The service is provided as is

We do our best to keep DrakLive available, but we do not guarantee that it will never fail or be interrupted.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new date on this page.
